Roommaster (Innquest) Software is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across independent hotels and lodging properties. This role is a critical part of our mission to expand Roommaster’s footprint in the hospitality industry by winning new customers – particularly standalone properties and smaller portfolios that are not part of larger management groups.

We’re looking for a proven closer with a strong hunter mentality, exceptional organisational skills, and a high sense of urgency. You’ll be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, demoing, and converting new hotel prospects through a combination of outbound efforts, relationship-building, and consultative sales strategy.

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new logos and grow ARR through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and full-cycle deal management. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed activity KPIs, sales quotas, and performance metrics.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

New Business Development and Sales Execution

Source and close net-new hotel and lodging clients through targeted outbound outreach, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospectingConduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos tailored to individual property needs and challengesOwn the full sales cycle – from prospecting to proposal to close – with a focus on new logo acquisition and ARR growthBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline of independent property prospects and accurately forecast revenue performanceEnsure each opportunity aligns with Roommaster’s product capabilities and long-term strategic directionCollaboration and Market Positioning

Work cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and product fitProvide valuable insights from the field to help shape go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product developmentRepresent Roommaster at relevant hospitality trade shows, industry events, and virtual conferences to generate leads and build brand visibilityPerformance Management

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, including metrics for new logos, demo conversions, and ARR targetsTrack all sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes in Salesforce or equivalent CRM toolsMaintain a high level of daily activity (calls, emails, meetings) consistent with SDR/BDR standards and best practicesRegularly review and refine outreach strategies to improve lead conversion and shorten sales cyclesAbout You:

3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in hospitality software, SaaS, or property technologyProven success in cold prospecting, outbound sales, and consistently exceeding performance targetsExperience demoing software solutions to independent decision-makers, with strong storytelling and consultative sales skillsAbility to sell to independent hotels, motels, inns, and boutique properties, especially those outside of large management groupsSelf-starter with exceptional organisational skills, time management, and follow-throughStrong team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environmentProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), as well as Microsoft Office/Google WorkspaceExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesFluent in English, both written and verbal, is essentialA professional level of French, both written and verbal, is highly advantageous Legally authorised to work in the UKWhy Join Roommaster?
