• We align strategy and priorities x-sector/BL and ensure they are synchronized across the organization. • We govern all critical x-department projects and make sure they are on track towards the project deliverables • Manage Tainan factory long-term footprint strategy and execution • Manage Tainan factory long-term outsourcing strategy and execution Education and experience
• Bachelor or Master degree in technical discipline, industrial/business engineering or business administration (MBA) • ~15 years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of business processes and experience in working with senior management • >5 years of people management experience Skills
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes • Strong business sense to understand what’s of the best interests for the company • be able to clearly communicate and influence multiple stakeholders from different cultures without hierarchical power Other information This role is positioned in Operation Excellence department within ASML's Tainan factory
