About UsGeeks On Site is a U.S.-based nationwide technology services company managing thousands of service orders across multiple states. We operate a high-volume field services model with technicians, dispatch, billing, and customer data flowing through multiple systems.
Our current challenge is reporting and analytics.
We have the data — but it is fragmented, slow, and not structured correctly for decision-making. We need an expert who can own reporting end-to-end, rebuild logic, and turn operational data into accurate, usable insights.
What We NeedWe are looking for a strong SQL & Business Analytics specialist whose main focus is:
Building accurate, scalable reportsCleaning and structuring data for analyticsCreating business-ready dashboards that leadership can trustExperience with Zoho (Analytics / CRM / FSM / Books) is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to model data correctly and extract insights using SQL.
Scope of Work1. Reporting & Data ModelingReview existing datasets and reporting structureRedesign data models to support operational, financial, and performance metricsWrite optimized SQL queries to pull, join, and transform data2. Business Analytics & DashboardsBuild dashboards that reflect real operational performanceCreate metrics for job volume, technician productivity, revenue, and costsEnsure reports are accurate, consistent, and automation-ready3. Data Cleanup & Logic ValidationIdentify missing fields, broken joins, and incorrect calculationsNormalize data coming from multiple systemsValidate outputs with real operational scenarios4. Scalability & PerformanceEnsure reporting structure supports growth and higher volumeImprove query performance and refresh reliabilityReduce manual reporting dependency
Requirements
Ideal Candidate ProfileYou are a strong fit if you have:
Advanced SQL expertise (complex joins, transformations, performance optimization) Experience building business analytics & operational dashboards Strong understanding of data modeling & reporting logic Ability to work with imperfect or fragmented data Experience in operations, logistics, or field services is a big plus
Nice to have (not required):
Zoho Analytics / Zoho CRM / Zoho FSM experienceExperience working with ERP or dispatch systems
