Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a high-growth ecommerce brand in the pet health & wellness space, hire a skilled Media Buyer (Meta & Google) to oversee day-to-day paid media execution. In this role, you will manage campaign uploads, budget pacing, optimisation, and reporting across both Meta and Google Ads. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate tracking, effective spend allocation, and continuous performance improvements that support the brand’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Upload, launch, and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns based on creative and targeting briefs. Oversee daily budget pacing, bidding adjustments, and optimisation tasks to improve performance. Monitor campaigns to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity. Deliver daily performance reports highlighting insights, trends, and recommended action steps. Collaborate with creative and product teams to request new assets and test new angles. Troubleshoot pixel issues, event tracking discrepancies, and data inconsistencies across platforms. Maintain organised documentation of campaigns, spend, tests, and performance history.
Requirements
2+ years running paid ads on Meta and/or Google for DTC ecommerce brands.Strong executional discipline: fast uploads, high accuracy, and reliable reporting.Familiarity with attribution tools, pixels, and event tracking.Strong analytical mindset and comfortable with data-driven decisions.Proficient with spreadsheets for reporting.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
