Scope of the Role
The Influencer Outreach Specialist will manage all creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and follow-ups to drive user-generated content and partnerships for paid and organic campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities
Source influencers and creators aligned with the brand’s wellness niche.Conduct outreach at scale via email, DMs, and platforms.Manage negotiations, contracts, and product gifting.Maintain influencer pipelines, CRM, and communication tracking.Coordinate deliverables and ensure creators meet deadlines.Evaluate performance of influencer content for paid use.Collaborate with the media buying and creative teams to repurpose successful content.
Requirements
1–3 years experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-up tasks.Familiarity with creator platforms (Afluencer, Collabstr, Grin, Aspire, etc.).Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.Experience working with DTC brands in wellness or lifestyle (preferred).
