Position: Internal Sales Representative
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless Quote to Order process.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
• Manage and grow business with assigned customers by implementing sales strategies and fostering strong relationships to drive long-term success.
• Oversee the sales process from quote to order, ensuring accurate pricing and smooth order fulfilment.
• Ensure profitability targets, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), are met.
• Serve as the main contact for RFQs, quoting coordination, order inquiries, and inventory management, addressing shortages and returns.
• Build and maintain long-term business partnerships, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide strategic service and support.
WHO YOU ARE:
• You have sales experience and a strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive business growth.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• You are confident and decisive, able to handle time pressure while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
• You can adapt to a dynamic and multicultural team environment, working collaboratively to achieve business goals.
• You take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating a high level of accountability and professionalism.
• You are proficient in Excel and capable of handling data analysis and reporting tasks with confidence.
• You are fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken.
