About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Regional IT Infrastructure Lead based in Nairobi, Kenya (relocation required). You’ll be part of the HQ team, responsible for IT operations in Kenya and regional infrastructure delivery, keeping performance and service consistent with Group standards.

What you’ll ownOwn day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure support in Kenya

Scaling IT infrastructure to support a fast-growing team

Keep local networks, servers, endpoints, and office sites/tech working smoothly

Ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure services

Ensure backup and disaster recovery solutions across systems

Handle troubleshooting for hardware, software, connectivity, and user issues

Coordinate installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance for local systems

Manage local vendors (network providers, hardware suppliers, support partners)

Maintain local IT inventory, documentation, and follow group standards

Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain local user access and devices

Work closely with Group IT to roll out regional projects, policies, and tooling

Help standardize infrastructure, security practices, and service processes across the region

Monitor performance, risks, and improvement opportunities, escalating when needed

Support regional budget planning and vendor management alongside regional management

Provide regional reporting, visibility, and input into infrastructure roadmaps

What you’ll bring3+ years in IT infrastructure/systems/network support roles

Strong hands-on experience with office/site networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching)

Windows and/or Linux admin skills; comfortable with endpoints and user support

Experience supporting multi-site environments or regional operations

Ability to work independently and take ownership end-to-end

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to process efficiency and performance improvement

Great communication skills: you can talk to both non-technical users and technical peers
