The HR Analyst (Sales Compensation) owns the end-to-end calculation and governance of sales incentive payments for a portfolio of employee groups across the EMEA region. The role is responsible for executing accurate and timely incentive calculations, managing exceptions, ensuring audit-ready controls, and partnering closely with HR, Finance, and Sales stakeholders. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex sales compensation structures and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and plan effectiveness.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Own the end-to-end calculation of variable compensation and incentive payments for assigned EMEA populations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to plan rules and internal controls. • Interpret sales compensation plans and apply them consistently across different employee groups and countries. • Partner with HR, Finance, Sales, and Management to resolve calculation discrepancies, exceptions, and policy questions, communicating outcomes clearly and professionally. • Prepare payroll-ready outputs and perform reconciliations, variance checks, and post-payment reviews. • Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready documentation (plan logic, calculation assumptions, SOPs, control checklists). • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting on incentive results, plan performance, and cost impact. • Support cost modeling and scenario analysis for plan changes and enhancements. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements.

Experience working with large datasets and tight deadlines. • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) or automation (Power Automate) is an asset. • Comfortable working with ambiguity and exercising judgment when interpreting compensation plans. • Confident communicator able to explain calculations and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management. • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and resilient under cyclical pressure.

• Great team player who remains composed under pressure and focuses on resolving issues effectively.
