What You’ll DoMeet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments (no prospecting).
Learn and master our proven sales process through hands-on, paid training.
Present solutions that help customers upgrade their homes.
Build relationships, overcome objections, and close deals.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Work a full-time schedule that includes evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.
Who Thrives in This RoleYou do NOT need previous sales experience. This role is ideal for people who have succeeded in:
Hospitality (servers, bartenders, hosts)
Retail or customer service
Call centers or appointment setting
Home services
Entry-level or B2C sales
Event marketing or promotions
