Alternative Provision Intervention Leader , Term Time Only, Monday to Friday, 32.5 Hours per week, 8.30am - 3.30pm

Scale 19 - Actual annual salary: £24,276.00

We are seeking to appoint a compassionate, resilient and proactive Alternative Provision Intervention Leader to join our inclusive team.

You will lead and deliver targeted interventions across our Alternative Provision offer, supporting students who struggle to engage in mainstream education due to behavioural, social, emotional or additional needs. Working under the direction of the Alternative Provision Manager, you will deliver bespoke programmes within Turning Point and Redemption, supporting students to reflect, rebuild relationships and successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons.

The role involves delivering effective one-to-one and small group interventions, using restorative approaches, and working closely with Heads of Year, pastoral teams, SEND staff and teachers to identify barriers to learning and implement personalised support. You will monitor progress, provide clear feedback and contribute to communication with parents and carers where appropriate.

The successful candidate will be calm, compassionate and solution-focused, with strong interpersonal skills, experience of supporting vulnerable young people, and a commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all learners.
