Your Responsibilities:
End-to-End Domain Ownership
• Own the SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain globally, including:
• Production Planning (PP / PP-PI)
• Quality Management (QM)
• Materials Management (MM)
• Logistics and Warehouse Management (WM / EWM)
• Drive harmonization and standardization of Plan-to-Deliver processes across all regions and plants
• Act as the single point of accountability for this domain within IT
S/4HANA Transformation Leadership
• Lead and own the Manufacturing & Supply Chain stream within the S/4HANA program
• Define the future system architecture, including:
• Planning landscape (e.g. APO replacement)
• MRP Live and advanced planning capabilities
• Shopfloor Integrations
• Ensure alignment with global template approach and enterprise architecture
• Drive the transition from legacy solutions to a future-ready S/4HANA-aligned architecture
Leadership & Organizational Development
• Lead a global, distributed team of SAP experts across Manufacturing and Supply Chain
• Provide direction, coaching, and structure to team leads and senior consultants
• Further evolve the organization towards a globally aligned functional model
• Build capabilities required for S/4HANA and future innovation topics
Business Partnership
• Act as trusted advisor to global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations leadership
• Translate business strategy into scalable, standardized SAP solutions
• Challenge and improve legacy processes, driving process excellence and simplification
Your Profile:
• 12+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing / supply chain environments
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following:
• SAP PP / PP-PI (must)
• SAP WM / EWM (preferred)
• SAP QM
• SAP MM
• Proven experience in leading global teams and large-scale SAP programs
• Good understanding of ABAP and debugging capabilities, with the ability to guide technical design and challenge development approaches
• Hands-on mindset and experience with S/4HANA transformations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Experience with global template approaches and process harmonization
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT leadership
• Ability to operate on both strategic and operational levels
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel ~15%
