About this role
Renuity is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our servers, networks, and enterprise systems across a growing, multi-location business. In this role, you’ll handle everything from system configuration and software deployment to cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and data recovery—ensuring our teams have reliable, high-performing technology to drive success.
What You’ll Do:
Implements, administers, monitors, and provides technical support for end user computing
Ensures network and Internet connectivity for end user computing devices
Supports operating systems including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and iPadOS
Provisions, maintains, retires, and relocates end user technology equipment (IMACD), including workstations, laptops, phones, tablets, monitors, printers, scanners, peripherals, etc.
Implements and monitors end user device security, including user and group permissions, file and folder permissions, group policies, local security policies, etc.
Identifies, analyzes and implements service enhancements, upgrades and technology solutions to enable business functions and improve end user satisfaction
Ensures adherence to corporate policies through periodic reporting and compliance programs
Serves as local Service Desk contact at collocated division
Proactively escalates issues to Technology Services management
Provides technical support for new systems and associated change management efforts
Manages physical inventory of end user computing devices, software, and other information systems leveraging associated technology management platforms
Acts as liaison to end users for information technology related requests and inquiries
Participates in Technology Services team meetings and actively collaborates with peers
Provides technology services and project support to all Renuity divisions and locations
Provides on-call support after-hours and on weekends as necessary
Configure, deploy, manage firewalls, switches, routers, and patch panels
Set up, monitor, manage, and maintain audio/video equipment
What You’ll Bring:
BS or BA in information systems, computer science or related field
4+ years of information technology experience
Supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS
Use of endpoint management technology (e.g., JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Pulseway RMM, etc.)
Use of endpoint security technology (e.g., CrowdStrike, Arctic Wolf, Cisco Umbrella, BitLocker, FileVault, etc.)
Administration of M365, including licensing, SSO and MFA
Software deployment, including Microsoft 365 applications, using JAMF and Intune
Preferred Education and Certifications
Azure Fundamentals certification
A+ certification
Network+
