To help reach our goals, we’re looking for an experienced demand gen profile to build and implement our demand strategy. This role will be instrumental in accelerating our growth into 2027 and will deploy & scale our paid budget to do so.

As a person, you’re a self-starter, highly organized, numbers driven and push the limits of what great demand gen looks like. Together with a tight marketing team, you’ll help us reach decision-makers across midmarket & enterprise in Europe.

Counting more than 6,000 customers, 7 offices and +150 colleagues, the Omnidocs Group is quietly building out one of the largest SaaS companies in the Nordics. With our M&A strategy, we’ve welcomed more than 5 new solutions over the last couple of years and expect more to come.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with our leadership across marketing, sales and RevOps to implement and improve our demand gen strategy

• Build our paid demand gen channels (LinkedIn, Google, Chat, Meta etc) including creative, bid management and more to deliver onto our targets

• Surface warm accounts and enable effective sales outreach using intent signals, AI and more

• Track, analyze and report ROI on all marketing spend, ensuring a clear connection between marketing activities and revenue growth

• Collaborate with marketing to integrate demand gen with events, product and content marketing

• Work with the marketing team to constantly improve our website conversion rate

You have

• +5 years of experience with demand gen & PPC

• A clear understanding of demand creation & demand capture

• Experience in owning both a number and budget

• A proven track record of running demand gen programs to deliver revenue efficiently

• A clear vision for the use of AI to improve and create an innovative experience for target accounts

• A structured & numbers driven approach to drive decision making

• Professional proficiency in English

• Experience with tools and channels like LinkedIn, Meta, Google Tag Manager, Webflow, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo and more
