Your opportunity Part- Time - 20 hours per week, Monday- Friday, 8am-12pm Glebe Based at St Johns Village (Glebe), you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Retirement Living facility. This position will see you delivering high-quality administrative and reception services while providing a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. With integrity and resilience, you will:

• Manage the office, answer enquiries, and greet residents, visitors, and contractors

• Provide high-quality administrative support including record-keeping, filing, and mail distribution

• Assist with basic financial processes, including petty cash and reconciliations

• Organise meetings, events, and tours for prospective residents

• Maintain accurate databases and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

• Assist with social events and activities for residents

What you’ll bring You will also need:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administration or customer service

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Empathy, patience, and professionalism when engaging with older residents

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Ideally, you may have:

• Experience in aged care, retirement living, or a similar environment

• Driver’s licence preferred
