Join our team: Do you love digging into data, organizing, and problem-solving? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented automotive warranty cancellation specialist to join our corporate accounting team in Raleigh, NC!
Our warranty cancellation specialists are responsible for verifying cancellation forms for accuracy and signatures, processing cancellations and refunds for warranties and aftermarket policies purchased by our customers within our dealerships, among other tasks. They work closely with dealership personnel for contract corrections.

What we are looking for: • Individuals with outstanding multi-tasking and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt to change within a growing company • Possess strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to self-motivate in work in a high-paced atmosphere • Ability to utilize multiple software systems • Someone with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines • Process cancellations and refunds for warranties and aftermarket policies purchased by customers • Verify cancellation forms are accurate and completely filled out • Ensure accuracy of required signatures from the customer and the dealership and appropriate refund selection • Review and correct accounting schedules for dealerships • Communicate with dealership personnel for contract corrections • Prior automotive accounting experience is preferred • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required What you can bring to the table: Communication: The ability to effectively communicate with others within the department, organization, and our customers.
