• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot SMT production equipment, including: • Solder paste printers • SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) machines • Pick-and-place machines • Reflow ovens • AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems
• Monitor SMT line performance and ensure products meet quality requirements. • Perform machine changeovers and product conversions according to production schedules. • Support first article inspection and process validation during new product introductions (NPI). Dispensing Process Support
• Set up and maintain automated dispensing equipment for: • Adhesives • Underfill materials • Epoxy • Thermal interface materials (TIM) • Conformal coating materials
• Optimize dispensing parameters such as: • Pressure • Time • Needle size • Dispense path • Material volume
• Monitor dispensing quality to ensure proper bead width, height, and placement accuracy. • Conduct material refill, purging, and preventive maintenance activities. Process Monitoring & Improvement
• Monitor process performance using SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools. • Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and abnormalities. • Support root cause analysis for process excursions, defects, and yield issues. • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve: • Yield • Throughput • Quality • Equipment utilization
