Responsible for ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards before they reach customers. Perform in line monitoring at Test, Backend, and Probe to ensure compliance with defined specifications and procedures. Key Qualifications: Candidates preferably have at least two years of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry. Attention to detail, quality-driven work, and good oral and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge of basic computer processing software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Education and Experience: An associate degree or completion of two years of college is necessary. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct random sampling inspections of products and materials to ensure proper manufacturing processes are followed. • Issue discrepancy material reports for identified product defects and process non-compliance, communicate findings promptly to supervisors, and collaborate on corrective actions. • Record and monitor inspection results, recommend adjustments to procedures as needed, and assist QA Supervisors in certifying operators at QA Inspection Stations. • Provide support across various QA Stations as required and ensure safety protocols are maintained during inspections and production activities. • Support company-wide initiatives such as 5S, Safety, and Environmental programs, along with other assigned tasks.
