Job Title
Financial Accounting Support Join our Accounting & Financial Reporting team in Warsaw! You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with international standards, while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Summary of the role:
• Accurately book supplier invoices in line with company policies and accounting standards
• Review and validate purchase requisitions/orders details to ensure correct coding ( GL accounts, commodities)
• Support requestors in correcting purchase requisitions/orders errors to ensure smooth invoice posting.
• Prepare and execute payment runs in SAP.
• Ensure payments are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor rejected or failed payments and collaborate with Treasury and banks when needed.
• Review open items and ensure timely clearing of GR/IR differences.
• Provide reports and supporting documentation for audits or internal reviews.
• Work daily with SAP and Coupa
• Maintain regular communication with Procurement, Finance, Treasury, and business stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to requestors on PR/PO creation and invoice‑related questions.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives in the StP area.
We’d love to meet you, if…
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.
• Experience with SAP and/or Coupa is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time‑management skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work with various internal departments.
• English: good working proficiency.
