Our internship program provides students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to practical work, build professional skills, and gain exposure to career paths within our organization. Interns are paired with experienced professionals and may participate in mentorship, project work, and development opportunities throughout their assignment. Internship opportunities may be available throughout the year and can vary in duration, schedule, and department based on business needs.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN TESTING:
Employment with Alyeska is contingent upon successfully passing a background investigation and, in some cases, a Physical Fitness Test and Medical Exam specific to the role for which you are applying. TWIC: The Alyeska Valdez Marine Terminal (VMT) is a regulated facility, and the employee hired to work on the VMT or to provide emergency support or other approved work for the VMT will be required to have a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
