• Sets up, updates and maintains employee resident records. • Administers established personnel policies and practices. • Registers new and returning employees for Housing. Assists Manager and Director with special projects. • Performs routine clerical duties. • Shares receptionist office duties. • Fast-paced environment
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office work, preferably HR related. • Computer literate with Word and Excel. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must have high standard of confidentiality. • Must have a valid CA driver's license. • Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.
Starting pay: $24.84 per hour
