SEASONAL-FULL TIME HOURLY WAGE- $20.02
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The purpose of this role is to follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high-quality, properly served food and beverage products.
• Follow recipes and instructions to prep and cook meals in large/small quantities. • Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage. • Learn and receive training to develop technique. • Prioritize job duties based on importance. • General knife skills.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
• Reliable transportation • 1 to 2 years kitchen experience • Team player • Able to be on your feet long periods of time
