WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
• Take guest orders for food & beverage, Process orders using the POS system • Prepare accurate cash out deposits, responsible for any cash shortages and monitoring all guest bill folds to avoid walkouts and shortages • Responsible for the opening and closing duties of the dining room or off site location • Responsible for providing superior guest service; Act as a sales agent, using your up-selling skills and be well versed in our menus, knowledgeable in foods and wine
WHAT WILL YOU NEED FROM ME?
• Must have Smart Serve Certificate • Minimum of one year of restaurant serving experience • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills • Previous POS systems experience an asset • Reliable, punctual and professional in presentation • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
