About this role
We are looking for a catering assistant to join our school kitchen team. The successful candidate will be required to assist with the preparation, cooking and serving of food under the direction of the catering manager.
In addition to this, the catering assistant will also assist the catering manger, in the running of our school breakfast club.
The hours will be from 7:45am - 2pm. Monday to Friday term-time + 1 day.
Previous experience in catering is desirable but not essential. You must be able to follow food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen in accordance with health and safety, food hygiene, allergy awareness and COSHH regulations at all times. Full training will be given.
