Job description Technical Assistant officer – AMIEO Product, Brand & Marketing Strategy (PBMS)
Mission, Main tasks and responsibilities:
Objectives:
• To maintain efficiency and effectiveness of the various processes of the overall department to ensure business continuity • To provide support to our Regional Vice President in all matters
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Coordinate key meeting’s agenda (VP/Bi-wkly reviews/Launch sterco/monthly pricing review mtg, PSPM…)
• Support on overall functional analysis, ad-hoc studies etc. • Support/Lead actions to keep department cohesion across the different teams within AMIEO • Track and follow up on Global employee survey action items • Manage Paris pool cars portfolio • Support a project to automate the registration of topics for the various meetings • Support in preparation of executive reports. • Coordinate & release wkly PBSM report to full team • Manage/monitor team access to software licences (Tableau/Co-pilot/Power BI, Figma..) • Update monthly G&A actuals
Background and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Sc) • Experience: 3-5 years minimum of professional experience with high proficient in Microsoft office mgt • Skills (Hard/Soft): • High sense of responsibility and reliability as our main customers is the leadership team • Strategic Thinking • Resilience • Ethical Integrity • Innovation: Promoting creative thinking and fostering innovation within the organization • Take initiatives & willing to help the team on various topics • Capable to work & collaborate cross functionally • Customer-centric/ business-oriented mindset and strategic thinking • Good written and oral communication skill in English (other language is a plus) • Project management expertise is a plus • Microsoft Office skills (powerpoint/excel/word...) • Technical and professional knowledge: Having extended knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry
