About this role
Responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval Heat Exchange within Organic Chemical industry in China.
• To develop and maintain customers, search and collect project information in Organic Chemical industry (e.g., petrochemicals, coal chemical, bio-chemical, polymers, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals), understand the customer needs and provide solutions. • Define sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager. • Plan and execute high level customer meetings which strongly build up the relationship and motivate the customer. • To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel. • Sell AL products via channel or directly to customer. • Coordinate with central technical team for international projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance.
Knowledge:
• 5+ years sales or application, technical support experience, specifically with Heat Exchangers in Organic Chemical industries • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering, Process Equipment and Machinery, or a related field. Skills:
• Good interpersonal communication • Have large project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability • Good written and spoken English • Cross-cultural awareness Attitude:
