Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary กำหนดกลยุทธ์และบริหารจัดการกระบวนการสรรหา (Talent Acquisition) และการสืบค้นบุคลากร (Talent Sourcing) เพื่อดึงดูดและรักษาบุคลากรที่มีศักยภาพสูง (Top Talent) ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการทางธุรกิจและการเติบโตขององค์กร Job Description 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
• กำหนดและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การสรรหาที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
• บริหารทีม Talent Acquisition และพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมงาน
• ทำงานเชิงรุกในการสร้าง Candidate Pipeline สำหรับตำแหน่งสำคัญและตำแหน่งเชิงกลยุทธ์
2. Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
• ใช้ช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น Social Media, Job Portal, Networking, Headhunting ในการค้นหาผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสม
• สร้างและขับเคลื่อน Employer Branding Campaign เพื่อเสริมภาพลักษณ์ที่ดึงดูดผู้สมัคร
• พัฒนาและดูแล Talent Pool สำหรับตำแหน่งที่องค์กรต้องการในอนาคต
3. Recruitment Process Management
• กำหนดและปรับปรุง Recruitment Process ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและ Candidate Experience ที่ดี
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Line Manager และ HRBP ในการกำหนด JD, Job Profile และ Selection Criteria
• บริหารการสัมภาษณ์และการคัดเลือกด้วยวิธีที่เหมาะสม (Competency-based, Assessment Tools)
4. Data-Driven Recruitment
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการสรรหา (Recruitment Metrics, Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire)
• จัดทำรายงานและ Insight เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหารและใช้พัฒนากลยุทธ์การสรรหา
5. Stakeholder Management
• ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับผู้บริหารสายงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อเข้าใจความต้องการกำลังคนเชิงลึก
• ประสานงานกับ Recruitment Agencies, Universities และเครือข่ายภายนอก
