Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary The System Engineer (IT Operations) is responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure and applications in an end-to-end operational environment. The role ensures system availability, stability, performance, and security across infrastructure and application. Works closely with development teams, IT infrastructure teams, and business application owners to maintain system operations, troubleshoot incidents, and support system deployments and improvements. • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and related network components.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server
• Monitor infrastructure performance, system health, resource utilization,application performance, system logs and error alert
• Manage system backup, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot application issue and collaborate with development team for resolution
• Perform application deployment, configuration, and operational support
• Support system upgrades, patch management, and release activities
• Provide 24x7 operational support for production system to ensure service availability
