Job Description: Job Description: Business Performance / Executive Assistant Details: Measure business performance via collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators. Manage performance through facilitating stakeholder exchange on performance data, root cause analysis, and recommendations in order to enable decision making. Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executive’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. This position reports directly to the General Manager of the Company.
A. ACCOUNTABILITIES Business Performance activities ● Propose and implement KPIs to monitor the performance of the business. ● Monitor monthly results, look for deviation, check consistency with targets and identify risks & opportunities. ● Manage monthly reporting of the operations, run review meetings at various levels (within business and cross-business levels) ● Liaise with Airbus Central for consolidation of information and reports ● Prepare business performance presentations for internal & external meetings ● Develop and implement workload and associated workforce plan, and ensure consistency with business plan and budget. ● Propose lean reporting methods and tools, seek for digitalization of dataflow and information consolidation ● Support Management team for decision making, highlight deviation and monitor recovery actions ● Benchmark with other Airbus Training Centres to seek efficient and operational processes and as required adapt and customize processes to the need ● Support Business Development team in the study and implementation of new businesses and new projects with Project Management methodologies when necessary
EA activities ● Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives ● Perform administrative and office support, Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business ● Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
