Help shape how AGRANA attracts talent worldwide. We are building something new. AGRANA is establishing a Global Recruitment Hub to professionalize how we find and hire talent across the entire Group. This isn't about just processing applications, it’s about creating a centralized, high-performing recruitment function from the ground up. What you’ll actually do As a founding member of this hub, you’ll own the recruitment process for various roles and regions. You won’t be working in a silo—you’ll be a key partner to our HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers worldwide.
• Own the Search: You’ll handle the full lifecycle—from the first intake meeting to the final offer. • Deep-Dive Sourcing: We need someone who loves the "hunt." You’ll use LinkedIn Recruiter and market research to find and engage passive candidates who don't just land in our inbox. • Be a Consultant: You’ll advise managers on market reality, salary benchmarks, and how to stay competitive. • Standard Setting: You’ll have a hand in shaping our workflows, interview guides, and how we tell the AGRANA story to the world. • Candidate Experience: You’ll ensure every person we talk to—whether they get the job or not—has a professional and respectful experience with our brand. What we’re looking for
• Recruitment Grit: You have 2–3 years of experience (either agency or in-house). You know how to screen for culture fit as well as technical skills. • Language Skills: You communicate confidently in English and German and are happy using both throughout your workday • Sourcing Skills: You are a "power user" of LinkedIn Recruiter and know how to build a talent pipeline without relying on job ads alone. • People Skills: You build trust easily with both hiring managers and candidates, even when working across countries and cultures. • Adaptability: You’re okay with things not being "perfect" yet. You enjoy the process of figuring things out and building a new team structure. Why this role?
