project management and construction teams during tendering and construction phases.</li> <li>Review drawings, materials, mock-ups, and site progress to ensure <strong>quality and fidelity to design intent</strong>.</li> <li>Resolve design and technical issues during construction.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Retail & Residential Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic input on <strong>retail
