JOB PURPOSE o The role of Executive will serve as key contributor to the business's strategic growth by supporting the development and execution of business plans, market analyses and performance monitoring. o This role is to ensure the business stays competitive and achieves its long-term goals by identifying opportunities, addressing challenges and providing actionable insights. o The role acts as a bridge between data-driven decision making and strategic implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organisational priorities including driving the ESG initiatives in supporting the customers' ESG journey
ACCOUNTABILITIES o Support the division in developing division-level strategic priorities, strategy formulation and execution. o Communicate the strategic vision and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with the Division’s visions and goals
• Manage the current transformation and future planning work.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the Division
• Contribute towards delivering above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) communications in promoting GEB to the market.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic initiatives for growth and improvement by exploring new ideas, technologies and processes to improve products, services and operations. o Provide valuable insights, recommendations, and actionable items with relevant and up-to-date market research to business stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and long-term business planning. o Develop, support and promote division’s goals through high-level communication outreach. o Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them. o Work closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities. o Manage all communication channels (internal/external) especially through digital means, social media, annual report, printed media and among others. o Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by immediate superior when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS o Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance or any related field. o Preferably with experience in banking industries. o Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
