Corporate Action (a) Local Shares
• Monitor Bursa Malaysia announcements on the daily basis to identify the corporate action that needs to be executed (Right issue, bonus issues, share consolidation, Dividend Reimbursement Plan, General offer)
• Process of local dividend payment.
• Communicate closely with relevant stakeholders & prepare for the necessary submission in relation to the corporate actions.
• Coordinate on submission of tax voucher and any replacement of tax voucher from Registrar.
(b) Foreign Shares
• Monitor foreign announcements on daily basis for processing of corporate actions.
• Process of foreign dividend payment.
• Communicate closely with relevant stakeholders & prepare for the necessary submission in relation to the corporate actions.
Reporting & Other Services (a) Periodic regulators / internal submission for both local and foreign shares. (b) Reconciliation of client’s foreign shareholding. (c) Manage disclosure of client’s shareholding in foreign counters to external parties. (d) Processing of foreign share statement on monthly basis. (e) Attend to any enquiries or process in relation to foreign shares transfer or deposit
