JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Manages, acquires, grows and deepens High Net Worth customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
• Provides total financial solutions to High-Net-Worth customers.
• Conducts financial analysis and recommends strategies to achieve their financial goals by maximizing and protecting their wealth through a range of the bank’s investment and insurance products.
• Serves as the one-point contact to the High-Net-Worth customers of the Bank.
• Analyzes economic trends, global markets, customer needs and competitive products in order to structure personalized banking offerings.
• Professionally promotes and sells a wide range of wealth products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
• Engages in cross selling of other products based on customer needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in banking, preferably in wealth management or relationship management with HNW clients
• Strong knowledge of investment, insurance, and lending products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage affluent clients confidently
• Proven track record in client acquisition, sales performance, and revenue growth
• Strong market knowledge, particularly in affluent segments like Bukit Damansara
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and contribute to team success
• Relevant certifications/licensing in Unit Trust, PRS, and FIMM (or willingness to obtain) is an added advantage
