Then apply now for the following opening!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p>Your tasks</p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Understanding of SAP ABAP, RPA & TOSCA (Automation tools) and overall Software development methodology and concept.</li> <li>Manage and achieve the delivery deadlines, customer satisfaction, quality and SLA/KPI's of deliverables.</li> <li> Working, support and guide the team for any issues as a mentor and technically as well.</li> <li>Focused on right first-time approach where in own and other developments are reviewed to keep up the customer expectations and defined best practices</li> <li>Supporting the agile transformation inside of the department and living an agile mindset.</li> <li>Finding out weak points and optimizing the efficiency and productivity of the team</li> <li>Supporting the team in objective cycle and reviews. Pushing the teams to the vision “High Performance Team”</li> <li>Creation of individual development plans for defined team members</li> <li>Disciplinary leadership of a team (size 8-20 persons).
