Job Purpose:
• Lead and manage the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Bank’s distribution channels which include multi-asset and multi-client distribution platforms. • Drive profitability through effective product distribution, client engagement, and alignment with the Bank’s overall business objectives. Job Requirements:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute distribution strategies to achieve annual KPIs and long-term growth targets. • Align distribution initiatives with the Bank’s strategic priorities, including multi-asset and multi client distribution, and client wallet optimization.
Business Development & Client Engagement
• Expand and deepen relationships with retail, CHNW and Digital clients to maximize wallet share. • Drive cross-selling opportunities across equity, fixed income, derivatives, and other multi-asset products. • Represent the Bank in industry forums, seminars, and client education initiatives.
Channel Management
• Oversee performance of commissioned representatives, brokers, sales - people and respective marketing teams. • Ensure effective distribution of products and services through multiple sales channels, including digital platforms.
Governance & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. • Implement robust controls and reporting mechanisms for distribution activities.
People Leadership
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing distribution team. • Foster collaboration across departments to deliver integrated client solutions.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in investment banking or asset management, with at least 5 years in a senior distribution role • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and distribution dynamics. • Proven leadership in managing large teams and driving business growth. • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
