Job Responsibilities:
• Manage selected cards product assigned - premium/mass affluent/mass card. • To assist the product team in developing new card products, revitalization of current value proposition to ensure the Bank’s cards product is aligned to industry or better than industry. • Prepare approval papers in both memo format and presentation deck and manage marketing programs /campaign for credit card products and partnership. • Assist and coordinate end-to-end product development /management from pre-launch, launch and post launch inclusive key strategies, marketing activities and launch event. • Liaise, communicate and be guided to relevant partners, internal and external regulatory requirement when it comes to Cards Product. • Drive acquisition campaigns and work closely with sales team to ensure Cards Business acquisition target is achieved. • Review the guide when it comes to marketing programs, materials and review SOP updates related to units’ manual from time to time. • Ensure compliance with BNM, cards schemes and the Bank’s guidelines and requirements including marketing programs / campaign for credit card products /partnership. • Ensure product information and collaterals are accurate and up to date at all relevant communication channels. • Contribute to concise communication materials with strong verbal and written communications such as deck-writing / presentation skills. • Conduct competitors’ analysis to keep abreast with market /industry.
Job Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years working experience in product management, cards business, retail banking, financial services, or related fields. • Experience in credit card product development, marketing campaigns, or customer acquisition will be an added advantage. • Familiarity with payments industry trends, card schemes (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), and digital channels is preferred.
