Categories of responsibility may include, but are not limited, to business, regional direct materials, Capital Equipment, Construction Management, Contractor and Professional Technical Services and Environmental Consulting & Remediation. Responsibilities include: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:6.0px">Create and execute the Procurement Strategy for the assigned suppliers for company’s approach to the market that captures the business needs and maximizes SABIC leverage in terms of value and synergies within the region.</li> <li style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:6.0px">Collaborate with global and other regional procurement Specialist in developing and implementing strategies and sourcing efforts that support Company profitability and growth, thus resulting in a positive impact to overall ETPW bottom line.</li> <li style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:6.0px">Lead strategy creation, approach to market, contract creation, negotiation and implementation for all assigned categories/suppliers with value creation for the company as the expectation.</li> <li style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:6.0px">Assess business requirements, qualify service providers, conduct competitive tenders, evaluate offers, award and negotiate contracts through efficient and effect category and contract management practices. </li> <li style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:6.0px">Develop business cases and ‘should cost’ models for identified scopes;
