This role is critical in delivering seamless, high-quality technology experiences and ensuring the success of client engagements.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead technology planning and execution for client workshops, leadership sessions, and wavespace programmes</li> <li>Configure and prepare the wavespace environment to enable immersive and design thinking experiences</li> <li>Conduct pre-session technical checks and dry runs with facilitators and stakeholders</li> <li>Provide real-time technical support during live sessions, ensuring rapid troubleshooting and fallback solutions</li> <li>Operate and maintain AV systems including LED walls, interactive displays, control systems, and Microsoft Teams Rooms</li> <li>Ensure technology readiness and perform routine health checks and maintenance</li> <li>Act as the primary on-site technology point of contact during workshops and events</li> <li>Collaborate with facilitators, account teams, vendors, and global wavespace teams</li> <li>Support onboarding and training of additional or backup support personnel</li> <li>Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance client experience and technology reliability</li> <li>Ensure compliance with EY security, governance, and risk standards</li> <li>Support inspections, audits, and readiness checks for key client engagements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, hardware, software, and collaboration platforms</li> <li>Hands-on experience with enterprise AV systems and Microsoft Teams environments</li> <li>Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, client-facing settings</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Ideally, you’ll also</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Hold AV certifications (e.g., CTS, Dante, Crestron, Extron)</li> <li>Possess networking knowledge including AV-over-IP concepts</li> <li>Have experience supporting executive briefing centres, innovation hubs, or similar environments</li> <li>Hold network certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA</li> <li>Be familiar with enterprise IT/AV governance, access control, and data security</li> <li>Have prior experience working in the Middle East or in culturally diverse client environments</li> <li>Be fluent in English, with Business Arabic proficiency strongly preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we look for</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a technically strong and client-focused professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
