Part of the GDS GCO Enablement team in India, the counsel will work with legal/Global General Counsel’s Office (GCO) attorneys, and support EY’s business on client and vendor contracts. You will provide legal support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior leadership level). sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Your responsibilities</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Key responsibilities will include the following: </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drafting, reviewing, negotiation, finalization and advisory on Government RFP responses, statements of compliance, issue lists, software resale, technology procurement agreements, liability mapping across agreements, client agreements, service agreements, framework agreements, (including client paper agreements, government RFPs, GTCs etc), consultancy agreements, local country agreements, and other ancillary documentation, ad-hoc projects providing risk management advice in relation to each of them.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Act as point of contact for EY’s business teams and support the legal team.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Have a good understanding of general key business risks that need to be managed (training will be facilitated in respect of EY’s specific risk management framework)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of data protection (GDPR/CCPA), privacy and security terms </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span
