This is achieved through meticulously curated experiences, events, content, and activation strategies tailored to our strategic relationships and channels. Our approach is aligned with EY’s brand, market insights, priority initiatives, and client purchasing behaviours.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">As a GTM Content Delivery Support Associate, you will contribute to the delivery of impactful go to market content and sustenance of the trusted content collection. You’ll work closely with a global team of content professionals to help ensure content requests are fulfilled accurately and on time, while developing your skills in content management, user experience, GenAI and collaborative working.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Sustain the health and relevancy of EY’s trusted collection of go to market content by executing assigned content activities to include:</span> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Web publishing, selection and optimization of graphics/imagery as relevant</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build and update simple web pages with appropriate templates and instruction</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Content migration and bulk updates</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Review and remediation of auto-sanitized deliverables</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Content update requests (edits, file changes, metadata changes etc) in Adobe CMS/Workfront and SharePoint</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Application of defined standards and EY visual brand identity to provide a consistent, intuitive user experience</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Use available tools and GenAI to complete assigned tasks and contribute to improvements in quality, usability and (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Python) and willingness to learn EY’s content management tools (Adobe CMS, Workfront, SharePoint etc).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
