In this role, you will develop unique job plans to improve the work force efficiency and quality by identifying the elements of an executable work package. You will be planning the maintenance of processing and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime, providing advanced knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of planning and prioritizing moderately complex tasks.</span></p> <p><br><br></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Research and compile information and feedback from crafts necessary to generate highly effective and detailed job plans.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Initiate the procurement of materials, special tools and unique items required in the job plans using relevant maintenance programs and database tools.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Transition capital improvement projects from project stage to operations and update information in the database to reflect the improvement, addition, or deletion of equipment and their associated spare parts and maintenance procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Prepare and provide detailed job plans for moderately complex preventative maintenance activities that comply with fundamental plant maintenance procedures and practices.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Plan and schedule maintenance downtime and communicate cross functionally with technical and management teams to minimize production impact and improve reliability.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintain custom databases and computerized maintenance management system to support specific work projects and processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Engage in continuous improvement planning to enhance on time performance of technical activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Other duties as assigned</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><h3><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum of two years of related work experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Other minimum qualifications may apply</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Continuous improvement experience like lean or six sigma</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5+ years of SAP experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Mechanical background experience</span></li> </ul></div></div></div><p>Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet</p>
