The jobholder also ensures all the well site operations are conducted according to company’s Well Management System, SSHE Management System, Management of Contractors and Suppliers Standard and the local regulatory requirements</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><div> </div> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Plan and manage onsite daily drilling operations issue drilling Instructions in accordance with the office issued drilling program and procedures. Prepare and discuss lookahead plan and/or project planning with all supervisors onsite. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Lead and supervise the execution of the drilling, completion, well testing and work-over program and ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner as well as compliance with company’s standards </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Drilling operations are conducted in accordance with company’s SSHE Management System, Well Management System (WMS), Management of Contractors and Suppliers Standard, and the local regulatory requirements </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Organize, coordinate and supervise the drilling contractors and service companies to ensure a safe, smooth and efficient operations </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Coordinate with related parties for the material, equipment and personnel movement to rig </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Ensure drilling operations are conducted as per program, report to Drilling Superintendent if any deviation for </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">troubleshooting or corrective action </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Follow up cost control, reporting and equipment inventory on rig </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Perform immediate actions according to the emergency procedures in emergency situation and/or when lives and </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">properties are endangered including medical evacuation, blow-out, emergency situation </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Coach and contribute to competency development of Supervisor, Drilling Operations (Night) on job knowledge and supervision skills </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Seek for performance improvement and cost reduction opportunity with safety/environmental standards and regulatory compliance </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Actively participate in all aspects of SSHE including the pre-job safety meetings, JSAs, pre-tour meetings and in preparation of the risk assessments for jobs associated with significant risks to operations. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Participate in SSHE reviews, follow-up action items, support the SSHE supervisor on site, monitor and report on SSHE performance and contribute to a SSHE improvement plan. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Supervise the drilling team onsite comprising drilling supervisor, SSHE supervisor, marine supervisor and material coordinator to ensure SSHE, logistics and engineering plan are in line with daily activities and lookahead plan </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Contribute in providing input to HAZIDs and HAZOPs for the risk management process and emergency response plans for the drilling operations. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Promote the implementation of company’s SSHE policy, regulations and industrial standards in all works under responsibility </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Professional Knowledge & Experiences</H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent. <br>• Minimum 10-year experience offshore drilling operations with minimum supervisor.<br>• Have experience on drilling operations in Gulf of Thailand. <br>• Have experience on Offline Activities in Gulf of Thailand. <br>• Have experience on development, exploration and appraisal well operation <br>• Exposure to completion and workover. <br>• Have certificates in well control. <br>• Knowledge of well site operations to supervise drilling, completion activities <br>• Good in written and spoken English skills <br>• Interpersonal, coordination, communication, and supervisory skill</p></div></div></div>
