<p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee the deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex enterprise network and security solutions.</li> <li>Serve as the technical lead for mid to large‑scale projects, providing architectural guidance, technical direction, and oversight across multi‑disciplinary teams.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.</li> <li>Implement and provide advanced support for network security infrastructure solutions on platforms such as Cisco, Alcatel, Solarwinds, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Fortinet</li> <li>Drive complex root‑cause analysis efforts, lead incident resolution, and act as technical escalation for network performance, security events, and critical connectivity issues.</li> <li>Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including high‑level designs (HLDs), low‑level designs (LLDs), configuration baselines, acceptance test procedures, installation guides, and operational procedures.</li> <li>Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions, internal training, and post‑incident reviews to uplift team capability and improve operational efficiency.</li> <li>Provide quality oversight for processes and project deliverables and ensure compliance to prevailing security and governance requirements.</li> <li>Provide relevant inputs for project reporting and status update.</li> <li>Support the smooth transition of the implemented infrastructure from project implementation phase to operation & maintenance phase.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of working experience in network security infrastructure project delivery with hands-on experience and knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting for IT network devices such as switches, routers, firewall, UPS, etc.</li> <li>Have experience in liaising with the user and managing vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.</li> <li>Skilled in network security solution design, planning, risk assessment, implementation and validation.</li> <li>Technical certification in networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) or above firewall products is preferred.</li> <li>Possess strong communication skills and analytical capability to resolve technical issues.</li> <li>A resourceful, proactive and independent team player.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Work location: Jurong East</p>
