This role is designed for complex, multi-location environments, ensuring predictable delivery, business alignment and operational excellence.</p> <p>Bringing a deep Oracle EBS functional understanding from prior hands-on delivery experience, enabling effective oversight of solution design, execution and business adoption.<br>End-to-end ownership of Oracle EBS implementation and rollout programs<br>Definition and execution of project plans, milestones, budgets and governance models<br>On-time, on-budget delivery with clear visibility into risks, issues and dependencies<br>Proven delivery experience in Process Manufacturing environments (including OPM-based implementations)<br>Validation of functional designs, rollout templates and business process alignment<br>Ensuring industry best practices are embedded across production, costing, inventory and supply chain processes<br>Primary point of contact for client leadership, steering committees and business owners<br>Facilitation of executive reviews, status updates and decision-making forums<br>Strong engagement with plant leadership to ensure operational readiness and adoption<br>Planning and execution of phased rollout strategies. Oversight of data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover and go-live activities.<br>Management of hypercare and transition to steady-state support<br>Alignment across functional, technical and third-party vendor teams.<br>Governance of delivery quality, productivity and outcomes.<br>Proactive identification and mitigation of delivery risks. Scope and change request management with clear impact analysis<br>15+ years of ERP and enterprise application delivery experience.<br>Extensive track record managing Oracle EBS implementations and rollouts<br>Strong Oracle EBS functional foundation from prior hands-on roles, proven experience across process manufacturing industries.<br>Experience managing global, offshore-led delivery models, willingness to travel on-site as required by project needs.<br>Faster rollouts using proven manufacturing templates and governance models<br>Proven track record leading Oracle ERP implementations and global rollouts.<br>Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and vendor coordination.<br>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.<br>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.<br>Ability to work in fast-paced, multi‑stakeholder environments.</p> <p>Education & Certifications</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.<br>PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification preferred.<br>Oracle EBS/ERP functional certifications are a plus.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Required Technical/ Functional Competencies</H2> </div><div><p><b>Customer Management:</b></p> <ul> <li>Expert knowledge of customer's business domain and technology suite.</li> <li>Identify key influencers, convince customers, demonstrate leadership, present technical offerings, proactively suggest solutions, and negotiate to bring closure on open action items.</li> </ul> <p><b>Domain/ Industry Knowledge:</b></p> <ul> <li>Expert knowledge of customer's business processes. </li> <li>Conceptualize technology solutions using relevant platforms/products.</li> <li>Act as SME for preparing process maps, workflows, and business cases.</li> <li>Act as an evangelist for industry standards and practices;
