Implement role-driven business process flows.</li> <li>Experienced in creating workflows and plugins within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.</li> <li>Create and manage relationship types, understand cascading rules, work with hierarchical data, configure entity mapping, and establish connections and connection roles.</li> <li>Generate comprehensive documentation and procedures while adhering to best practices.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support the configuration, deployment, and execution of CI/CD pipelines in accordance with SDLC methodologies.</li> <li>Familiarity with supporting tools such as Azure DevOps and Power BI for the creation of reports and dashboards.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Involved and responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements.</li> <li>Ability to cascade the lessons learned and best practices across all engagements</li> <li>Experience in following best practices of programming, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices</li> <li>Experience in working with Agile teams</li> <li>Ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and design</li> <li>Self-motivator and self-starter, ability to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal supervision and works collaboratively with enhancement/ defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements & transition requirements for engagement.</li> </ul> <p><b>Application Design:</b></p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of design principles and performance engineering concepts.</li> <li>Can create UI / Design and business logic elements and constraints, navigation, screen flow and layout.</li> <li>Create traceability matrix based on requirements.</li> </ul> <p><b>Architecture tools and frameworks:</b></p> <ul> <li>Understanding of standard architectural principles, models, patterns, and integration points.</li> <li>Knowledge of non-functional areas like automation, performance, manageability, and portability.</li> <li>Ability to create process maps and architect systems based on functional and non-functional requirements.</li> </ul> <p><b>Estimation and Resource Planning</b>:</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of estimation and resource planning techniques (WBS, FP, etc.).</li> <li>Able to identify required resources and utilize suitable estimation models for low-medium complete scenarios based on project scope.</li> </ul> <p><b>Product/ Technology Knowledge</b>:</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of technology product/platform standards and specifications.</li> <li>Able to implement code or configure/customize products and provide inputs in design and architecture adhering to industry standards/ practices in implementation.</li> <li>Analyze various frameworks/tools, review the code and provide feedback on improvement opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><b>Test Management:</b></p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of testing concepts, testing standards and best practices.</li> <li>Ability to create/review test cases, conduct unit testing, define metrics, and support testing processes.</li> <li>Perform integration testing, create integration test plans, execute automation test scripts/manual test cases, and perform regression tests.</li> <li>Document defects identified and perform defect fix.</li> </ul> <p><b>Customer Management:</b></p> <ul> <li>Has working knowledge of customer's business domain and technology suite.</li> <li>Use latest technology, proactively suggest solutions to increase business, and understand customer's business.</li> </ul> <p><b>Project Management:</b></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates basic knowledge of project management process, tools, and templates.</li> <li>Execute small/non-complex projects, provide inputs to supervisor for project management, create and maintain a quality dashboard, and support project management reporting for assigned work area.</li> </ul> <p><b>Domain/ Industry Knowledge:</b></p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of customers' business processes and relevant technology platforms/products.</li> <li>Ability to prepare process maps, workflows, and business cases with application of industry standards and practices.</li> <li>Creation of medium to complex business models.</li> </ul> </div></div><div
