<p>We are looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible for the procurement of items by using Birchstreet System and ensuring timely delivery, conformity to specifications and most competitive pricing.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with approved requisitions and budgets.</li> <li>Ensure proper filing of quotations, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.</li> <li>Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies and invoice issues.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with hotel procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>General Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management</li> <li>At least internship experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment</li> <li>Analytical, with good business acumen</li> <li>Influential, a good persuader<br> </li> </ul> <p>We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration.
