This role guides and coaches cross-functional teams, drives agile practices, and ensures successful project delivery within schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and Agile implementation, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to foster high-performing teams and continuous improvement.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Responsibilities</b></u></H2> </div><div><h3>Project Management</h3> <ul> <li>Deliver assigned projects by pre-determined schedule and budget.</li> <li>Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.</li> <li>Build and lead project teams effectively.</li> <li>Plan resources, budgets, and schedules for each stage of the project using project management tools (e.g., Planview).</li> <li>Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.</li> <li>Identify and solve project issues efficiently.</li> <li>Maintain technical and project documentation via established methodology.</li> <li>Evaluate project progress continually, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and scope.</li> <li>Ensure timely completion of time reporting by project team members.</li> <li>Submit monthly project status reports and present updates to executives for budget approvals.</li> <li>Participate in portfolio and financial planning processes, including capital and expense planning for AOP.</li> <li>Collaborate with IT, Application, Business, Finance, Sourcing, and Legal teams as needed.</li> </ul> <h3>Agile Leadership</h3> <ul> <li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li> <li>Guide and coach teams on Scrum or Kanban practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and delivery expectations.</li> <li>Participate in Scrum of Scrums and other scaling ceremonies for coordinated delivery.</li> <li>Help establish standards and best practices for Agile implementation across multiple teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share learnings and drive consistency.</li> <li>Support organizational change management initiatives related to Agile transformation.</li> <li>Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>Track and report on team metrics, sprint progress, and delivery outcomes.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Essential Functions of the Role</b></u></H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"><li>Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms. </li><li>Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals. </li><li>Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives. </li><li>Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems. </li><li>Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards. </li><li>Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Lead or support special projects aligned with departmental objectives. </li><li>Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements or automation opportunities. </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion. </li><li>Maintain secure handling of sensitive information. </li><li>Support audits and regulatory reporting as needed. </li></ul></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Education & Work Requirements</b></u></H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"><li>Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience </li></ul></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Education & Work Preferences</b></u></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive IT and Business Project Management experience; 3–5 years as a Scrum Master.</li> <li>Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Azure DevOps, and project planning tools; experience managing complex projects (e.g., Office Relocation, Infrastructure, Application, SAP, Compliance).
