Are you eager to learn on the job and gain experience in a global organization?<br>Our Finance Team is looking for a proactive, analytical, and motivated intern who is excited to learn and contribute.<br>In this role, you will gain exposure to both local and international environments while working closely with colleagues across multiple functions. You will be a valued member of our diverse and dynamic AP team.<br><strong> </strong><br><strong>What We Offer</strong><br>During this internship, you will learn the full scope of control activities related to the Accounts Payable process. This includes:<br>• Processing supplier invoices<br>• Executing payments and disbursements<br>• Managing the vendor helpdesk<br>• Supporting general AP accounting activities<br>You will collaborate with the AP Team Lead, AP Administrators, the Master Data Group, and other stakeholders involved in the purchase to pay process. Together, you will help deliver high-quality service to a fast growing global organization.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Learn</strong><br>• Recording and scanning supplier invoices<br>• Performing invoice audits and validating key data<br>• Matching invoices for approval<br>• Preparing monthly AP management reporting and KPI dashboards</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong><br>• Currently studying Business Administration or a similar program at a Dutch university<br>• Available 4–5 days per week for 6 months<br>• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus<br>• Able to maintain confidentiality with financial information<br>• Strong interpersonal skills<br>• Finance background through studies or work experience<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy<br>• Service-oriented team player with a pragmatic and positive approach<br>• Already living in the Amsterdam region (required)<br>• Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s, or Master’s program</p> <p> </p> <p>Location: EU HQ in Amsterdam. </p> <p>Interested?<br>Do you recognize yourself in the description above?
