<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO</b></H2> </div><div><p>This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the company’s product portfolio maintain a competitive position in trade.</p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal"> <li><strong>Sales Strategy Development: </strong>Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives, short and long term. Identify new market opportunities – channels and categories and trends in the FMCG sector to maximize sales growth.</li> <li><strong>Revenue & Sales Target Achievement: </strong>Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in line with the company's overall growth objectives. Monitor and analyse sales performance and profitability, ensuring corrective actions when necessary.</li> <li><strong>Distributor & Customer Relationships: </strong>Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and retailers ( Key Accounts ).</li> <li><strong>Market & Competitive Analysis:</strong> Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and challenges and thus overdrive market share targets.</li> <li><strong>Budgeting & Financial Oversight: </strong>End to End P&l Management to deliver and improve on yearly budget commitments.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Department Collaboration: </strong>Collaborate with the Trade marketing, marketing, supply chain, Finance teams to ensure product availability, Excellent trade fundamentals, promotional activities and optimal pricing.</li> <li><strong>Compliance & Risk Management: </strong>Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>5 to 7 years’ experience in FMCG sales/business development with at least 2 years in a management role.</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of UAE trade & Key retailers</li> <li>Prior experience in Key account management along with trade development – MT & TT.</li> <li>Prior experience of distributor management (negotiable)</li> <li>P&L ownership (negotiable)</li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Other skills for Position:</span></strong></p> <p>Aggressive & strong leader who can lead by example. Ability to understand & communicate effectively is a must.
