The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving environments, exercising sound judgement, and making the best possible decisions rather than waiting for perfect information.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a hands-on role suited for an experienced technical recruiter who enjoys owning outcomes, partnering closely with the business, and delivering high-quality hires across a diverse technology portfolio.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Job Responsibilities</b></u></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Manage end-to-end recruitment independently, from role intake and sourcing through to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and offer closure.</li> <li>Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.</li> <li>Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess technical capability, role fit, and organizational alignment.</li> <li>Coordinate interviews end-to-end, including scheduling with candidates and interview panels where required.</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to clarify requirements. Calibrate profiles, and support sound hiring decisions.</li> <li>Develop robust and market-informed offer proposals, incorporating compensation benchmarking and internal considerations.</li> <li>Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional, timely, and candidate-centric experience.</li> <li>Drive offer acceptance through effective candidate engagement and stakeholder alignment.</li> <li>Navigate and manage multiple stakeholder across varying seniority levels with confidence and credibility.</li> <li>Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting within the ATS/CRM.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Job Requirements</b></u></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Typically 7-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, with strong exposure to hiring technology roles end-to-end.</li> <li>Experience operating in-house or in a retained/embedded recruitment model preferred.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent requisitions, and deliver results with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical fundamentals and role suitability.</li> <li>High level of comfort engaging and influencing stakeholders across technical, managerial, and senior leadership levels.</li> <li>Solid understanding of the technology talent market and current hiring trends.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and stakeholder-ready style.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
